We want you to love your Chubbs Bars purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Unused Products
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us before sending your return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened or Used Products
Because Chubbs Bars are a personal grooming product used on animals, opened or partially used bars cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace it or issue a refund after reviewing the issue.
Incorrect Orders
If we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier and resolve the issue.

In nearly every case, the solution is simply using more water, less product, and allowing your fingers to do the work while taking advantage of tools like the Chubby Saver to create an even faster, creamier lather.
